Brianna Connaghan
Conservation Intern - Conservation Department
During the summer of 2018, I interned at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in the conservation department. DUring that time, I worked with four other interns to catalog, condition, humidify, flatten, and repair approximately 500 letters relating to a prominent Union general. On my own, I conditioned and treated eight books for the McCracken Research Library.
In addition to these larger projects, I treated a Dorothy Doughty high-fire ceramic.
